As part of the Alliance, Wizards will:
- Help drive progress in the digital gaming industry through its knowledge, partnerships, and resources, including driving awareness amongst gamers and joining/leading a thematic Playing for the Planet working group.
- Contribute to Hasbro, Inc.’s climate reduction initiatives, including its near-term and long-term science-based targets. Hasbro Inc.’s 2030 target is to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 47.5% and reduce Scope 3 emissions by 42%. The SBTi has also validated Hasbro Inc.’s net-zero science-based target, which commits Hasbro to reduce absolute Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions 90% by 2050 from a 2020 base year.
